1. Who We Are

2. Accepting These Terms
By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have read and agree to these Terms, and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself.
3. What MakerCue Does
MakerCue is a creator operating system designed to help content creators plan, write, film, and post content to social media platforms including TikTok. The Service includes tools for script writing, video recording, content calendaring, PR outreach tracking, and deal sourcing.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at connect@makercue.app if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
You may create an account using Google authentication, TikTok authentication, or an email address and password. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create using MakerCue — including scripts, ideas, calendar events, and any other materials. We do not claim ownership of your content.
By using the Service, you grant True Anchor LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell, share, or use your content for any other purpose.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you create and post complies with the terms of service of TikTok and any other platforms you post to.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MakerCue to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
7. TikTok Integration
MakerCue may offer the ability to connect your TikTok account to access certain features. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize MakerCue to access your TikTok profile information in accordance with the permissions you grant. We use this information only to provide and improve the Service. Your use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
8. Subscription and Payments
MakerCue offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not offer partial-period refunds unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
9. Intellectual Property
The MakerCue name, logo, design, and all software are the property of True Anchor LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without our prior written consent.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Anchor LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the Service or by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
